Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup organic gluten-free oats
1/4 cup organic nut butter of your choice
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup chocolate chips (I love @hukitchen chocolate chips sweetened with dates)
2 tbsp maple syrup
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Sprinkle of sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F
In a big mixing bowl, mash up the 2 bananas
Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing between each step
Once everything is mixed, add cookie dough to a baking sheet (unless you want to just eat the dough raw, which I definitely have done haha). These don’t rise much so make them as little or big as you want! I made about 14
Bake for 8-10 minutes and enjoy your healthy treat! 😊
