Chicken Patties (with liver)
Liver is one of the most nutritious foods on this planet that you can eat, and we need to eat more of it! Liver has a distinct taste, so if you’ve never had it before it might throw you off - so that’s why I made them into chicken patties! Mixed with ground chicken, these patties are super delicious and the taste of the liver is camouflaged by the ground chicken.
Recipe
Ingredients:
1lb ground organic ground chicken
1/2 lb organic chicken livers
1 grated zucchini
1/2 red onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 organic grass-fed eggs
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
Using your hands, form into patties and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes
Eat with your favourite salad and enjoy! 💛
