Ground Beef Tacos
This ground beef taco recipe is soo quick & easy to make and so delish! Tacos have been one of our favorite things to make lately because they’re easy to whip together and sooo delicious!
Recipe
Servings: 4-6 tacos depending how full you make them
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (organic, grass-fed)
1 red pepper (organic)
1/2 white onion
Tortillas (I looove Siete Foods)
Sour cream (organic - I like Green Valley Creamery)
Mexican blend shredded cheese
Salsa (organic, I like Late July Organics)
Cilantro
Instructions:
In a pan over medium heat, add ground beef. Cook this for ~5 minutes, mixing it around to make sure all of it is evenly cooked (make sure it crumbles easily).
In the meantime, chop up the onion and pepper
Set aside, add some olive oil to your pan, then add the onion and pepper. Cook for ~5 more minutes until vegetables are slightly charred
While the veggies are cooking, chop up some cilantro
Once veggies are done, heat up the tortillas on the burner or pan for about 10 seconds
Spread sour cream on your tortilla, then add meat, veggies, salsa, cheese, and top with cilantro (or whatever order floats your boat haha)
Enjoy!! 🤍
