Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs Toast

Health Fun Fact

I recommend keeping your scrambled eggs on the undercooked side because the yolks have more bio-available nutrition in them the less cooked they are! That’s why I like to make mine over low heat, constantly stirring, and I add organic shredded cheese in the last 30 seconds before I take it off the heat! To increase the nutrients in your eggs even more, also buy organic pasture-raised eggs as these are more nutritious (and humane for the chickens) than conventional eggs.

This smoked salmon toast with soft scrambled eggs is the perfect nutritious and delicious to start off your day!
